Alexandre Tabet
Founder, Managing Director and Educational Consultant
Alexandre grew up in Abu Dhabi and earned a BS in Economics from the University of Michigan-Ann
Arbor in 1996, followed by a graduate degree in Industrial and Labor Relations (HR Management)
from Cornell University in 2001.
In recent years, he has guided over 400 students from top UAE schools—including ACS, ASD, Al
Khubairat, DAA, Dubai College, Choueifat, Jumeirah College, Lycée Georges Pompidou, Lycée Louis
Massignon, and Repton—on their college applications. He has also worked with students from
cities such as Belgrade, Delhi, Geneva, Lagos, Lahore, London, Luxembourg, Tunis, and Zurich.
Over 40% of his students have been accepted to elite institutions like Brown, Cambridge,
Carnegie Mellon, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, Georgetown, Imperial, Johns Hopkins, LSE,
MIT, McGill, Princeton, Stanford, UChicago, UCL, UCLA, UPenn, and Williams, among many
others.With official admissions experience at an Ivy League university and alumni roles for two
top U.S. schools, Alex offers sharp insight into competitive admissions. His passion for higher
education has led him to visit nearly 200 campuses over the last two decades, giving him an
exceptional understanding of campus cultures, academic offerings, and admissions philosophies
across the U.S.
Alex’s advising style is deeply personal and student-focused. He works closely with students in
one-on-one sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes throughout the admissions cycle, typically
beginning in 10th grade and ending in April of 12th.
Outside work, Alexandre is a cinephile and movie collector who enjoys tennis, fine dining, and
spending time with his wife and two sons.

With over 8 years in the education industry, Talal has worked as a university admissions
counsellor, SAT/ACT prep expert, and Maths & Physics tutor. He has deep knowledge of admissions
across the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, and has guided students worldwide in preparing for
university life. A graduate of Dubai College, and the University of Cambridge (BA & MEng, 2014),
he was also admitted to Stanford, Princeton, and Columbia.
Raised in London and Dubai, Talal brings a unique perspective from his multicultural background
and experience in engineering, investment banking, and strategy consulting. He focuses on
one-to-one mentorship, building strong student relationships through a deep understanding of
their strengths and goals—an approach that fosters trust and drives results.
After two years at an education company in London, he founded Integra in 2019 to support his own
clients. In 2022, he relocated to Dubai and partnered with Arbor Strategy Consulting. He has
worked 1-on-1 with over 200 students across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Far East, and US,
advising on applications across various school systems (A-Levels, IB, French Bac, US Diploma)
and helping them build strong profiles.
Through tailored advising, campus visits, and research, Talal offers deep insight into top and
mid-tier universities to match students with ideal options. Outside work, he enjoys producing
music, boxing, and supporting Liverpool FC. A lifelong pianist, he shares his home with Maxie, a
50kg Anatolian Shepherd.
